Send us an enquiry through the website form. That'll get the ball rolling on your Prom Organiser's dream event whilst your Prom Organiser starts to shop for their ideal Prom dress or Prom tuxedo.

Don't let them run the risk of leaving their notebook or diary at home and not having their notes with them. With an easily accessible IPhone/Android integrated management system your Prom Organiser will get their own master login to make sure organising their Prom is a piece of cake anytime, anywhere.

Once they have access to this advanced system they'll be able to:

  • Build their guest list and seating plan,

  • Buy printed tickets for their guests. At Prom Organisers we could just send out an E-ticket but we believe a printed ticket helps make the Prom feel physically special and gives them a First Class beautiful keep sake. We send these out by registered post,

  • Send a one off instant message to the whole group,

  • Receive a free order form with all the names on their guest list and package details. We believe that the students should get input on the event so we give them the ability to manage their feedback and provide them with an event they all agree to,

  • Process payment. We require 50% at booking and 50% 60 days prior to the event. This helps us secure their Prom Venue. If they'd like we can send out a specially designed envelope for physically collecting payments from their fellow students,

  • Book a meal test and review their experience at their chosen Venue. Think of this as a mini event to give you a taster of what we will bring them on the big day,

  • View Celebrities and Prom Artists on offer with videos and presentations,

  • Process payment. Remaining 50% required to complete payment,

  • Sit back and enjoy the event! Go on, you deserve it.
